As the tiles are in a good state i don t have any leaks at present but i rather fix the problem before it becomes an issue.

I rather not have to get all the tiles removed to repair them.

Depending on how the roofs join you may have to cut a slot to work it in far enough.
How to patch a tear in roof felt.
Begin by removing the shingles down to the wood sheathing and slip a strip of adhesive ice and water barrier available where roofing repair products are sold under the soffit main roof joint.
Cut a patch of matching felt that s large enough to fit under the torn portion and cover the area around it.
Apply some bitumen adhesive over the repair and beyond to suit the patch and apply it.
Press the patch firmly into place and make sure that the edges are well sealed.
You should now be able to see an area of the wooden roof under the felt.
